I stayed at the Erasmus Student Residence in the Jewish District for a few nights during my trip. The location was perfect for exploring the city as it was within walking distance to the Old Town and castle. The apartment itself was clean and simply furnished, offering a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The administrator, Tomas, was a fantastic host, always cheerful and helpful. I loved the well-equipped kitchen and the added touch of candles throughout the apartment. a great option for budget travelers looking for a cozy place to stay.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated in a good neighborhood and is close to the old city. This makes it easy to walk around and explore the city. The hotel rooms are roomy and clean, with all the necessary facilities such as ironing equipment, a fridge/freezer, and a private balcony.
The stairs in the hotel are quite inconvenient, especially if you have to go up to the 3rd floor as there is no elevator available.

Our stay at this apartment in the Jewish District was great value for money. The room had good facilities including tea and coffee, and two bathrooms which made getting ready easier for our group. The location was ideal, close to the beautiful Wawel castle and within walking distance of the city center. The staff, especially Lukasz, were helpful and friendly, providing us with a map of the city and useful travel tips.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more variety of items offered.

The room was perfect for my needs as a disabled guest. It had a kitchenette with a coffee machine, microwave, and toaster, making it convenient for preparing my own meals. The private bathroom had a bath or shower, and a hairdryer was provided, which was very helpful. I absolutely loved the room service provided by the apartment. It was so convenient to have everything delivered right to my room, especially when I didn't feel like going out. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure that all my needs were met. The free in-room WiFi was a great perk. I was easily able to stay connected with my friends and family back home, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Personally, I found the showers in the bathrooms to be a bit small. However, I understand that this might not be an issue for everyone, as different guests have different preferences.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and toaster. As a vegetarian, I loved being able to prepare my own meals easily. The private bathroom had both a bath and a shower, and a hairdryer was provided. It was so convenient to have everything I needed in one place. The apartment's room service was a great perk. It made me feel pampered and added to the overall relaxation of my stay. The free in-room WiFi was fast and reliable. It allowed me to stay connected and easily plan my activities in Krakow. The bathrooms had showers, which was perfect for a quick and refreshing wash.
Personally, I would have preferred if the bathrooms had bathtubs instead of just showers. But I understand that some people might still enjoy the convenience of a shower.

Best aspects of my stay were the helpful reception staff who arranged sight-seeing trips and the surprisingly competitive exchange rate for paying in pounds. the location was key, within walking distance to all the major attractions, with a grocery store right across the street. Tomasz, the owner, was so nice and gave great advice on where to go, even providing a town map for reference.
Worst aspects of my stay were the initial confusion when the taxi driver dropped us off and the keys had to be collected from a different location. the apartment building was a bit rundown and the beds were of poor quality, with one of them breaking down when we sat on it.
